The Team System

The Team System is designed to embody the values and ethos of the school and aims to be an integral part of our school community. In time it is our ambition that the Team Captains and the School Council will work together creating a stronger pupil voice to motivate students and further the community spirit of the school.

Reward System

Positive, caring and responsible behaviour is encouraged, valued and recognised through the points. Teachers will recognise achievements by awarding achievement points for a particular piece of work, positive contribution or effort within our community. These will accumulate and generate certificates and awards rewarded by the Team.

The Team System is a strong vertical support structure, which will facilitate and promote relationships throughout the Year groups. It provides an additional strand for our young people to identify with peers, and both younger and older students for various communications.

Team Captains

The role of the Team Captains is to take responsibility for the leadership and organisation of their Team throughout the forthcoming academic year.
