This half-term our topic is

We will be:

• identifying, naming and labelling basic parts of the human body;
• comparing and describing differences in our features;
• recognising that humans have many similarities;
• ordering the events of our lives;
• finding out how our childhoods are different to those of our grandparents;’
• looking at the UK on a map and finding where we live;
• finding out about our local area;
• making clay portraits and emotions masks;
• creating art from our names;
• designing, making and evaluating photograph frames;
• drawing self-portraits;
• taking photographs of ourselves and editing them with photo software;
• creating a multi-media presentation;
• using our bodies to make sounds
